KONSTAM at the Prince Albert opened in April 2006, having been the central feature of BBC2′s ten-part series The Urban Chef.
The programme followed head chef/owner Oliver Rowe in his search to bring locally-sourced, seasonal food from all around Greater London to the heart of King′s Cross.
Konstam at the Prince Albert follows on from the popular Konstam café, which was opened in 2004 and was located just a few yards from the restaurant on King′s Cross Road.
