These free half-day MasterClasses will examine how to be more persuasive in business and explore how to influence others. Delivered by experienced tutors, these MasterClasses will:
- Touch on voice and body language
- Help you develop listening skills
- Help you develop questioning techniques
- Help you with handling questions through meeting role-plays.
